Undercover Biker Gang Cop Won’t Testify

NYPD Detective Wojciech Braszczok, 32, will not testify before a grand jury. Braszczok who was working undercover was tied to the recent “Biker Gang Beatdown” that resulted in the beating of a Manhattan father informed authorities that he has had a change of heart and will not testify. The video that had surfaced after the incident showed the detective beating the back of the victims SUV. He had initially agreed to testify until his Attorney came forward. Defense attorney John Arlia claimed that his client had no actual contact with the victim (Alexian) even though he was capable of doing so and had the chance to.
He was identified as one of the eight people involved in the beating and one of the four undercover police officers that admitted to being part of the rally. Braszczok is the only undercover cop facing criminal charges in the case.
