Teen charged with murder of Dublin woman – Dublin Bail Bonds

Cody Hall, 18, of Pleasanton was recently charged with murder after a bike collision that ended in the death of a Dublin woman in 2013. The teen was facing a second degree murder, and reckless driving charge.
According to the report Hall was attempting to pass another car at 83 miles per hour and he lost control of his vehicle. He then struck 58-year-old Diana Hersevoort who was riding her bicycle on the side of the street.
Since Hall’s original plea of ‘not guilty’ in November of 2013 he has been held in Santa Rita Jail without the possibility of bail.
