Minors Able to Erase Online Information

A new law signed by Gov. Jerry Brown will allow minors to erase post and identity information from online postings. This is to help teens from making life long mistakes by posting information they may later haunt or embarrass them. A lot of teens commit to being information online before actually thinking how it will affect them later in life. The law will require any website with users in California to provide this service and clearly inform its users how to delete post, photos and other personal information from their website.
