Medical Marijuana Legislation Reform

The U.S. Justice Department has announced that it will refrain from blocking state laws regarding the legalization of marijuana. It will still be classified as an illegal drug under the Federal Controlled Substances Act, but state laws concerning the lawful use and legalization of it will be ignored. This may be a new beginning for patients/dispensaries and a potential source of revenue for California cities.
