Early this month Bryan Allen Vulgamore of Livermore was convicted for the murder of Cecilia Marie Garcia, 24. The murder took place on January 8, 2002 at Garcia’s house in northwest Livermore.
In 2010 Livermore police were able to make the initial arrest based on cell phone records and witness statements. Once detained by police Vulgamore made admissions to the police and has remained in custody since.
The trail lasted three weeks and was held at the Alameda County Courthouse in Oakland. On June 5th the jury submitted their verdict and found that Vulgamore was guilty of Second Degree Murder. Not all cases have the option of bail, but if anyone facing charges in the Livermore area can contact Livermore Bail Bonds for information on how to post bail.
