Fremont man arrested in Shooting – Fremont Bail Bonds

Late last month Fremont Police responded to domestic disturbance at the Oak Garden apartments around 10:30pm.
According to authorities during a domestic dispute the suspect stole his girlfriend’s 9mm handgun and began firing it outside of their apartment. Several residents heard the gunshots and Police arrived on the scene shortly after.
An officer saw the suspect heading towards an intersection and he quickly tossed the gun before being detained. Once the handgun was recovered the suspect was charged with grand theft and willfully discharging a firearm.
