Ex-Girlfriend Arrested For Attempted Murder

During the week of January 11th through the 16th Pleasanton Police arrested four suspects in relation to a shooting and attempted murder at the Kensington apartment complex. The four suspects were identified as Angela Ross, 21, Alexander Ferguson,22, Alberto Vaca, 22, and Andres Medina Camacho.
The victims Joseph Mauck and Nicole Thompson called Pleasanton police and reported that they were shot at and threatened with baseball bats by a group of people. Mauck and Thompson were to escape from their attackers without sustaining any injuries.
Once police arrived at the apartment complex the four suspects took off in a silver Infinity. Before leaving once suspect broke a window on Thompson’s car.
Soon after Livermore police spotted the Infinity and arrested three of the four suspects. They were then taken into custody for questioning. Authorities then discovered that Ross was Joseph Mauck’s ex-girlfriend. She stated that she had an ongoing dispute with the two victims and that she organized the assault as retaliation.
During the investigation authorities were able to identify Andres Camacho as the shooter in the crime. The next morning police served a warrant for his arrest at his home in Livermore and brought him into custody.
