Livermore Sex Offender Sentenced to 30 Years

David Charles Garrison, 39 of Livermore recently plead no contest to 12 counts of felony sex crimes against a minor under the age of 14.
Garrison was first suspected of abusing the young girl by a relative in 2012.
The child later told authorities that the abuse had been on going on for the past two years. Once the suspect was reported he was booked into Santa Rita Jail, and was later seen in court at the end of November where he was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
